How to Use the Lubricant & Cream Applicator

Designed to make internal application clean, gentle, and stress-free, our single-use applicators are ideal for fertility-friendly lubricants, vaginal moisturisers, hormone creams, or medicated gels. Here’s how to use them safely and effectively.

1. Start with clean hands to ensure hygiene and avoid introducing bacteria into the vaginal area.

1. Remove one sterile applicator from its individual wrapper.

2. Attach the open end of the applicator to your lubricant or cream tube (most standard nozzle tips fit easily).

3. Gently squeeze the tube to fill the applicator with the desired amount.

💡 Tip: 2–4ml is usually sufficient for lubricant use.

If using a jar or sachet:

1. Use a clean spatula or spoon to transfer the product into the applicator barrel.

1. Find a comfortable position: standing with one leg raised, squatting, or lying down.

2. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal canal, aiming slightly backward.

3. Stop when the applicator feels comfortably in place — it should not cause any pain or pressure.

1. Slowly push the plunger to release the product.

2. Once fully dispensed, gently remove the applicator.

1. Our applicators are single-use only and should be disposed of in the bin — not flushed.

2. Never reuse the applicator, even with the same product.
